What this site is for

This site is published for information. It explains what we do, how Book and Claim works, and how to reach us. Nothing on it is an offer to sell, a solicitation to buy, or a contract.

Nothing here creates an obligation on either of us. Any transaction between us is governed by the separate written agreement covering it, and if that agreement and this site ever disagree, the agreement wins.

Emissions accounting, certification standards, and the regulations that govern environmental claims differ by jurisdiction and change over time. Before you rely on anything here for your own reporting or claims, take advice appropriate to your circumstances and your market.

Where we describe a standard, a registry, or a regulation, we describe our understanding at the time of writing. The published standard itself is always the authority, not our description of it.

Accuracy, and pages that go out of date

We take care that what we publish is accurate when we publish it, and we correct errors when we find them. We do not promise the site is complete, current, or uninterrupted.

Figures, certification status, and registry details are accurate as at the date shown against them. Certificates expire and standards are revised. If a figure matters to a decision you are making, ask us and we will confirm the current position in writing.

The content of this site, including text, images, diagrams, and the Future Energy Global name and marks, belongs to us or to our licensors.

You may read, quote, and share it for your own information and to discuss our work, provided you credit us and do not alter the meaning. You may not present it as your own, use it to imply we endorse you, or reproduce it commercially without our written permission.

Journalists should use the boilerplate and brand assets on our press page, which we keep current for that purpose.

Links to other sites

We link to registries, standards bodies, partners, and press coverage because they let you check what we say. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their availability, or how they handle your data.

Our liability

We provide this site as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit, revenue, or opportunity, or for any loss arising from your relying on the site rather than on advice or on a written agreement with us.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove any protection you have under the law of the country you live in.
